Sam Feder is a business generalist with a background working in technology, hospitality, vacation rental management and real estate. Hailing from New York, Sam acquainted himself with south Florida quickly by acquiring 3 properties for living and airbnb income in a 5 month span.
Sam has knowledge of and expertise in residential real estate and evaluating potential short term rentals for operating as income-producers. He is a technologist who is up-to-speed on all of the latest tools and processes, and eager to help you land your dream home or newest business venture. Sam will use every tool available to him to ensure that your real estate buying process is as seamless and painless as possible, while working tirelessly to find you the best deal possible.
Sam enjoys playing sports, ranting about Bitcoin and spending time at the beach. He also loves hearing and learning about other business ventures and would love to help you start your next one in real estate. His most favorite activity is spending time with his wife Sammi and their son Mattheo.
