Daniel Brooks
Daniel is a native Floridian who grew up in the Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton areas, therefore he knows South Florida very well. He went to Monarch High School and attended Palm Beach State College before deciding to become a Real Estate Agent. Having spent summers in Brazil growing up he speaks Portuguese fluently.
Daniel has been working in real estate for seven years and has closed over one hundred real estate transactions. He has closed deals from as little as $50,000 to over $2 million. He has sold new construction homes, multifamily properties, and short sale listings. He has also closed many commercial transactions helping business owners find spaces for restaurants, barber shops, nail salons, martial arts gyms, office spaces, and warehouses.
Daniel's clientele is broad based, having done significant business with international clients, as well as clients relocating from the northeast to Florida. His clients range from first time home buyers to seasonal buyers and from investors to builders. Over 50% of his business comes from referrals and repeat customers. Whether looking to sell a home, buy a first or second home, or for a fantastic investment opportunity, Daniel has successfully helped his clients reach their real estate goals.

In his free time, Daniel reads voraciously, pursues his passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and focuses on raising his young daughter.
